Robert Pakpahan was appointed as President Commissioner concurrently as Independent Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number SK – 324 / MBU / 10/2020. In 2017-2019 he was trusted to carry out the mandate as Director General of Taxes. Previously he served as Director General of Debt Management of the Ministry of Finance which later changed its title to Director General of Financing and Risk Management, Ministry of Finance in 2013-2017. In 2011-2013, he was appointed as an Expert Staff for State Revenue. He also served as Director of Business Process Transformation in 2006-2011 then served as Director of Tax Potential and Systems until 2005-2006, and served as Reviewer for Tax Extensibility and Intensification in 2003-2005.
Born in Tanjung Balai on October 20, 1959. He studied Diploma IV at the State College of Accountancy (STAN) in 1987. Then he continued his magister studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and earned a Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA in 1998.
Appointed as Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number SK – 324 / MBU / 10/2020, Dr. Barita Simanjuntak, SH., MH., CfrA. is the Chairman of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Commission and concurrently a Member in the 2019-2023 period.
Previously, Dr. Barita Simanjuntak, SH., MH., CfrA. has served as a Member of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Commission for the 2015-2019 period. In 2018, he was also a Member of the 2018 National Legal Reform Team.

Previously she was trusted to carry out the mandate as Commissioner of PT Trimegah Asset Management (2013-Now). Managing Director of PT Nusantara Sugihartana Internasional (2009-2023), Director of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (2009-2022), Commissioner of PT MAC Sarana Djaya (2016-2021), Member of the Audit Committee PT BFI Indonesia Tbk (2013-2015), Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT BFI Indonesia Tbk (2011-2014), Executive Vice President Head of Research of PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2003-2008), Vice President Senior Research Analyst of PT Bahana Securities (1999-2003), Institutional Sales of PT (Persero) Danareksa London United Kingdom (1997), Senior Equity Analyst of PT Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Asia Indonesia (1994-1996).
She studied Bachelor of Science, Finance at Oklahoma State University, USA in 1992.
Didid Noordiatmoko was appointed as Commissioner of PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number SK – 368 / MBU / 12/2023. Previously she was trusted to carry out the mandate as Commissioner of PT Danareksa Finance (2023), Commissioner of PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (2023), Head of Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (2022-2023).
He studied Diploma IV at the State College of Accountancy (STAN) in 1993. Then he continued his magister studies at the Trisakti University with a Master of Management degree and earned a Doctorate from the Brawijaya University with a Doctoral Public Administration Degree in 2023.
