An Overview of Our Public Information Services
PT Danareksa (Persero) ("Danareksa SOE Holding") has been entrusted by the government as Indonesia’s first State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Holding specializing in transformation and investment, overseeing SOEs across various sectors. As a holding company, Danareksa is responsible for optimizing business performance and creating added value for the managed SOEs through sustainable transformation and investment.
As a state-owned enterprise, Danareksa is committed to ensuring transparency in all of its business activities. To support this commitment, the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) plays a key role in upholding Danareksa’s dedication to transparency and openness, in line with the public’s right to access information. Danareksa believes that the implementation of strong information disclosure practices ultimately leads to better decision-making and fosters public trust.
The company utilizes multiple communication channels to ensure information is delivered effectively and efficiently, including the corporate website, social media platforms, and a mobile application. In addition, collaboration with national media is optimized to reach a wider audience. Beyond availability, speed, and accuracy of information, Danareksa also strives to offer inclusive services — such as providing an easily accessible and disability-friendly public information service area at Danareksa Tower.
Through these efforts, Danareksa is committed to realizing the vision of its PPID "To be a leading center of public information for the public and all stakeholders, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and innovation in information delivery." This involves continuous development of more innovative and user-friendly information systems, enhancing the capabilities of information management personnel, and strengthening collaboration with various parties to expand the reach and impact of public information dissemination.
As a holding company, Danareksa is also planning deeper integration between its PPID and those of its subsidiaries. This plan aims to simplify the flow of information services, strengthen consistency and accuracy in information delivery, and enhance synergy in information dissemination across subsidiaries. This integration is expected to create a more unified and effective public information service that supports better decision-making and reinforces Danareksa’s position as an informative and collaborative SOE holding.
Brief Overview of the Formation of Danareksa’s PPID
PT Danareksa (Persero) took a significant step in promoting public information transparency by officially establishing the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) function at both the holding and subsidiary levels in June 2024. This function operates under the Corporate Secretary unit, supported by Legal & Compliance as the advisory team, and involves all other units to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Based on Board of Directors Decree No.: KD-21/DR/DIR/06/2024 dated June 28, 2024, the PPID structure consists of a Main PPID at the Holding level and Implementing PPIDs within each subsidiary. Each PPID provides services based on the same guidelines to ensure standardization and consistent service quality. Each PPID within the Danareksa environment is equipped with information service officers who are available on business days, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00 WIB.
Following an evaluation of its information services, Danareksa’s PPID has implemented various initiatives to improve service effectiveness. In 2024, Danareksa strengthened its PPID structure, developed service guidelines, compiled a Public Information List, and conducted Consequential Testing for exempted information. All of this information can be accessed through Danareksa’s website in the Public Information Disclosure section.
In carrying out its duties, Danareksa’s PPID adheres to Public Information Disclosure Law No. 14 of 2008 and Information Commission Regulation No. 1 of 2021. Additionally, the PPID has established its own Public Information Service Guidelines, which govern information management procedures and reporting mechanisms. Information provision follows the company’s defined list of public and exempt information, in accordance with applicable procedures, and is published on the Danareksa website.
Through these efforts, the company aims to make a positive contribution to transparency, enhance stakeholder trust, and achieve the PPID’s vision as “A Leading Center of Public Information for the Public and All Stakeholders, Prioritizing Speed, Accuracy, and Innovation in Information Delivery.”
